Surface roughness prediction for turning based on the corrected subsection theoretical model

چکیده
To obtain an accurate prediction model of surface roughness on the premise low experimental cost in precision machining processes, this paper proposes two error correction models subsection theoretical arithmetic mean height (Ra) turning. The performance was evaluated by 25 groups turning data AISI1045 steel. determination coefficient (R2) 10 random runs are both above 0.9, squared (MSE) is lower than 0.05, and standard deviations (StdDev) R2 MSE 0.01. results show that significantly improve accuracy stability model. Moreover, influence parameters tool geometry Ra based as well advantages disadvantages three analysed, which provide effective guidance for selection actual machining.
